Remote Sign Configuration - DocuSign

When using DocuSign, select docusign_demo or docusign_production from the Destination URL dropdown.

If you select DocuSign as your remote signing vendor, you will have access to the following configuration options:

Authentication Options

DocuSign Require ID Lookup: Force the remote signing to include Identification validation.

DocuSign Phone/SMS Authentication:

• Disabled: Users will not be able to use Phone or SMS authentication
• Phone Optional: Users will be allowed to set a phone number to use Phone authentication
• Phone Required: All signers must be assigned a phone number and use Phone authentication
• SMS Optional: Users will be allowed to set a phone number to use SMS (text message) authentication
• SMS Required: All signers must be assigned a phone number and use SMS (text message) authentication

DocuSign Access Code Authentication:

• Disabled: Users will not be able to use Access Code
• Optional: Users will be able to elect to use an Access Code
• Required: Users will be required to set an Access Code and use this authentication for all signers

DocuSign CC Email on every Completed Envelope: DocuSign will send an email to an address listed here when the envelope has been signed by all parties.
